Overview
At Lu’lu’ah, each piece is carefully hand-sewn and customized for every customer. Because every item is uniquely made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
The only exception is if your product arrives damaged, in which case we will provide a replacement.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit.

Return shipping costs for damaged items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise instructed.
