1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Lu'lu'ah is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our facility.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
